• Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 working days for most UK locations. Shipping times are estimates and depend on product availability and chosen shipping method. For Scotland, dispatch may take up to 15 working days.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the delivery method and destination.
• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Risk of Loss: Once the product is dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

• Non-returnable Items: Custom, made-to-measure, or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Digital downloads are also non-returnable.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Restocking Fee: All non-faulty, non-custom items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
