Delivery
We will always strive to give you ample notice before your delivery. Deliveries are scheduled for weekdays (Monday to Friday) only and will not be made over weekends.

Delivery Charges
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK mainland. Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance in miles from our depot..
Additional charges may apply for remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Isles. For deliveries to the Scottish Isles, please contact us to arrange delivery to a suitable port.

Delivery Timeframes
Deliveries typically take 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday). This may vary, and we aim to deliver either earlier or later as required.
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times can change, but we make every effort to adhere to the estimated timeframe.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure that any access restrictions, unavailable dates, or specific time preferences are provided in the “Delivery Notes” section at checkout. If there are height or weight restrictions, kindly inform us before placing your order. If you’re uncertain about any restrictions, please contact us at 02920 226088.
Be sure to include two contact numbers, with one being a mobile phone number, so our delivery team can reach you via text.
Important Reminder: We recommend that you do not arrange for the installation of items until you have received and fully inspected your order.
After You Place Your Order
Once your order is processed and packaged in our warehouse, our transport department will contact you using the information you provided. You will receive a delivery timeframe via email or text.
On the Day of Delivery
Our drivers will typically call you around one hour before the scheduled delivery window.
Roofing orders will include protective cover sheets, which are part of the order. We are unable to remove these cover sheets after delivery, so please appropriately dispose of them.
Most deliveries are made using a 7.5-tonne lorry or larger vehicle. Adequate access is required for all vehicles. Deliveries can only be made on flat, solid ground and cannot be completed on steep inclines or uneven surfaces.
Not all Centregreat Fabrication vehicles are equipped with cranes, so some deliveries may require one or more individuals to assist our drivers with unloading materials. Anyone assisting with the unloading should wear appropriate protective safety gloves and clothing. Those assisting must be physically capable of doing so.
Please note that our delivery service is kerbside only. This means the driver will not carry materials any distance or enter the property. Deliveries are made to ground-level/floor locations only.
If vehicles are invited onto a property, it is at the owner’s or customer’s risk. Our delivery drivers are not responsible for any damage caused to the property.
Changing Your Order
You will be notified of your delivery via text or email. Any changes made to your order or details after this notification may result in additional charges.
Safety
When collecting or handling roofing sheets, it’s essential to follow proper health and safety guidelines. Roofing sheets and other related products are large, heavy, and feature sharp edges, so it’s important to wear suitable safety shoes, clothing, and level 5 cut-resistant gloves (according to EN388 standards) at all times. These protective measures are crucial when handling metal sheeting and flashings to protect your hands.
Moving and carrying roofing materials should ideally be done by at least two physically capable individuals. Be sure to check the weight of the items beforehand, as this information is available on each product page on our website. For further guidance on safely handling roofing products, please refer to the safety section on our website.
Collections
You are welcome to collect your order directly from our Cardiff warehouse Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Please ensure you have received a notification that your order is ready for collection before arriving.
When collecting, kindly bring a valid form of identification and any order details for reference. If you’re collecting large or heavy items, we recommend that you have the appropriate assistance available, as well as the necessary transportation and equipment for safe handling.

Customer Collection Notice
When collecting your order, please report to reception to speak with a member of staff. Your goods will then be packaged and brought to your vehicle.
During busy periods, please be aware that you may experience longer wait times.
Please take note of the following points:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to load their vehicle and ensure the goods are safely and securely strapped down.
- Our staff will safely load appropriate vehicles using a forklift truck. However, we will not handle items in enclosed vehicles or vans. Customers loading their vehicles do so entirely at their own risk. Centregreat Fabrication will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods during the collection and transport process.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring both their vehicle and goods are secured properly when leaving our premises. If needed, the approximate weight and size of the load can be provided before collection.
- All straps and securing materials must be provided by the customer. Centregreat Fabrication does not supply these items.
- Please be aware that our steel sheeting has extremely sharp edges. We strongly recommend bringing suitable gloves and protective materials to prevent injury and avoid damage to your vehicle.
Returns Information
All roofing sheet orders are made to order and are considered custom items. As such, we are unable to accept returns on these products unless they are faulty.
If you wish to cancel an order before the items are manufactured, you may do so by contacting us via email. Please include your order number, or the payment date and the name of the person who made the payment.
For non-custom items, such as accessories, you may return them for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the items remain in their original, brand-new condition. Please note that all non-faulty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and returns cannot be accepted if the products have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
To return goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the items, and they must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at fabricationsales@centregreat.net with your order number and proof of purchase.
Please be aware that returns are at the customer’s expense and must be sent via a secure, tracked delivery service. We recommend using a signed-for service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit when being returned. Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received and signed for by us.

Please note: All non-faulty, non-custom items returned to the company may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
