Product Overview
12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet 0.7mm
12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheets 0.7mm thick provide a strong and reliable roofing and cladding solution for agricultural, industrial and domestic buildings. Manufactured from high quality steel, these sheets are designed to deliver excellent durability, weather resistance and long-term performance in demanding environments.
The 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet is a popular choice across the UK due to its strength, practicality and traditional corrugated profile. The 12/3 corrugation increases rigidity across the sheet while helping rainwater run off effectively, making it suitable for garages, sheds, workshops, agricultural buildings and general roofing installations.
Because the 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet combines strength with dependable corrosion resistance, it is widely used by roofing contractors, builders and installers who require steel sheets that can perform well in both small and large scale projects.
Applications for 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheets
The 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet is suitable for a wide range of roofing and cladding applications. The corrugated design improves structural performance while allowing the sheet to provide reliable coverage across a variety of building types. This makes it a practical option for commercial, agricultural and domestic projects.
Common uses for 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheets include:
- Garages and carports
- Agricultural barns and livestock buildings
- Industrial units and warehouses
- Workshops and storage buildings
- Garden buildings and domestic outbuildings
The versatility of the 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet means it can also be used as a wall cladding solution where a strong and weather-resistant steel panel is required.
Durable Galvanized Finish
The galvanized coating applied to each 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet provides a protective layer that helps prevent corrosion and protects the steel from harsh weather conditions. Galvanized steel roofing sheets are designed to withstand exposure to rain, wind and changing temperatures while maintaining their protective finish.
This finish also gives the sheet a clean, practical appearance, making the 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet suitable for both functional and visually finished roofing projects. The galvanized coating helps extend the lifespan of the steel sheet while reducing maintenance requirements over time.
Strong 0.7mm Steel Roofing Sheet
The 0.7mm thickness offers an excellent balance between strength and workability. A 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet with a 0.7mm steel core provides dependable rigidity, making it suitable for roofing and cladding applications where long-term performance is important.
This makes the sheet a reliable choice for contractors and installers who require a roofing sheet that can withstand regular environmental exposure while maintaining its structural integrity.
Whether you are installing a new roof or replacing existing steel sheets, the 12/3 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet provides a dependable material suitable for a wide range of construction and renovation projects.

How to Calculate Square Metres
Working out the total square metreage of your roof will require measuring the total
width of the roofβs area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point)
to the apex (the highest point). This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety
purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square metreage
of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided roofs, you will need to work out the square metreage of each
side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.
